We do not offer a free trial at this time. However we do offer a free personalised demo where our team walks you through the platform tailored to your specific business needs.

We offer two billing cycles to suit your needs:
  • Monthly Billing: You are charged every month on the same date as your sign-up date. You can cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of that billing period.
  • Annual Billing: You pay a single lump sum once a year, saving up to 30% compared to monthly billing.
  • Annual billing is non-refundable after the first 30 days, except in jurisdictions where law requires otherwise.
  • You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time; the change takes effect on your next renewal date.
  • Switching from annual to monthly is only possible at the end of your annual cycle.

Yes, you have full flexibility to change your plan:
  • Upgrading: Takes effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remaining days of your current billing cycle.
  • Downgrading: Takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You continue to enjoy your current plan's features until then.
  • No penalties or fees are charged for plan changes.
  • If downgrading causes you to exceed new plan limits (e.g., storage or users), you will be prompted to resolve the excess before the change applies.
  • Your data is never deleted automatically when you downgrade.

Yes. If you need more user logins than your current plan allows, you can either upgrade to the next plan or contact our team to discuss an add-on user option.
  • The Basic plan supports up to 5 users, Premium supports up to 10 users, and the Professional plan supports up to 20 users.
  • For teams larger than 20, please contact us for a custom quote.

Yes. Clientfisher supports bulk data upload for leads, customers, products, and inventory.
  • Our onboarding team can assist you with migrating your existing data from spreadsheets or another CRM to ensure a smooth transition.

Yes, GST is applicable as per Indian taxation laws:
  • All displayed prices are exclusive of GST. An 18% GST will be added at checkout.
  • A valid GST invoice is automatically generated and emailed after every successful payment.
  • If your business is GST-registered, you can enter your GSTIN during checkout to claim the Input Tax Credit (ITC).
  • All invoices are available for download in your billing dashboard at any time.

We take data ownership seriously. Here is what happens upon cancellation:
  • Your account remains active and accessible until the end of your paid period.
  • After expiry, your account enters a 7-day grace period in read-only mode — no new data can be created, but existing data remains accessible.
  • You can export all your data (CSV, JSON, PDF) for free during the grace period.
  • After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our servers in compliance with our data retention policy.
  • If you resubscribe within the grace period, all your data is fully restored instantly.

  • Basic: Community forum + email support with a 48-hour response time (business days only). Access to the full self-help knowledge base and video tutorials.
